Custom Design

Everything is created from scratch. No shortcuts, no AI generation, no stock. We invite you to our client portal where you can see each step of our creative process. Once we land on your final design, we move into production.

Where The Magic Happens

We provide insight to the right garments and oversee production to ensure the final product meets our standard. Our exclusive partnerships with Anderson Ranch and BlueCotton allows AOS to provide Grade-A service, the widest range of capabilities, and endless possibilities to make your dreams come to life.

Delivery

We take on a limited number of merchandise projects at a time to ensure every piece meets our standard. This means longer timelines, a higher level of investment, and a process that’s rooted in doing things the right way—not the fast way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any design fees?

Yes, we have a minimum of $75 per design to consider.

Do you have an order minimum?

Nope! However, certain items will require a minimum. To make it worth your while, we'll make suggestions on what you should be ordering with transparent pricing.

What is your average turnaround time?

Typically for t-shirt orders, we see a 2-3 week turnaround from the time of our call to delivery. The biggest hurdle is getting artwork approved for print and production. You can help speed up this process by being explicitly clear on what your expecting.

Can I place a rush order?

Yes, we have a $150 rush fee for design work.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes! Our partners at BlueCotton are equipped with the bandwidth to provide drop-shipping all over the US.

Do you offer trademarking or white labeling?

Who do you run production with?

We have a myriad of production companies that we work with on any given moment. We have exclusive contracts with BlueCotton and Anderson Ranch Graphics to allow for premier design and production.
